Context & client needs
TI Automotive (TI Fluid Systems), global tier-1 leader in fluid storage, carrying and delivery systems, required a high-efficiency plant close to Renault Tangier and Stellantis Kenitra manufacturing clusters.
The operational challenge
Integrate specialized thermoforming, plastic extrusion, and robotic tube bending areas with massive thermal dissipation requirements, reinforced machinery pits, and zero-downtime power reliability.
Universal Integration scope of work
From preliminary design to commissioning from October 2018 to April 2019: complete kinematic flow design, large-bay industrial building, reinforced machine pits, centralized 800 kW industrial chiller plant, AHUs, and executive headquarters.
